Fritzi and Amit | Getting Ready Montage
It was a spectacular two day event right after Thanksgiving and their wedding was amazing. We wanted to to do some “fusion” and incorporate stills with the video. This is a huge benefit of hiring us to do both the photo and video. We can do it all with three people! So here is the introduction to Fritzi and Amit’s wedding film. Their entire epic masterpiece is 4.5 hours long on three DVDs but here is just four minutes of it! The post before this one was the Baraat and that comes right after this portion of the film.

Indian Baraat Procession Video
Fritzi and Amit were married on November 28, 2009 at the Shriners Event Center in Livermore California. The Baraat ceremony/procession was my favorite part…as it usually is. This is the part of the Hindu wedding ceremony where the groom’s family lively enters the venue where the ceremony is to take place. It is customary for the Groom to arrive on horse and be accompanied by either musicians or music from a car. The bride does not participate in this segment, although many of her relatives still may want to join in the party and join the Baraat for a little while.
The Groom also has his best man or brother by his side, as well as, any nephews or nieces, who always get to ride with Uncle on the horse. For Amit’s Baraat we came all the way down the street. It was a lot of fun and here is the video you can check out!
Slideshow with Motion Layers
