Wedding Documentary Photography and Videography Blog

Mejgan and Hyder were married on July 1, 2010 at the beautiful Bridges Golf Club in San Ramon, CA. They had a gorgeous sermon outside under a shaded canopy before heading into their wonderfully decorated reception, full of mouth watering details and picture perfect center pieces. We had a blast shooting their wedding on the Canon 5D Mark II camera, utilizing a wide array of lenses for complete control of the image. The crisp focus and buttery shallow depth of field is so beautiful, it’s hard going back to video cameras after this.

Mejgan and Hyder chose three songs for their highlights so it is nice and full length at around 8 minutes. Their feature length film is about one hour thirty minutes and includes the entire wedding day with montage interludes. It is a really sweet film! So here is your taste!

We were so happy to do a wedding documentary film for Norman and Miki. A very sweet, quirky, and young at heart couple. They had an amazing time on their wedding day and it shows in this video that was shot my Bobby, from the WD team! Norman and Miki chose the very cool venue, Wente Vineyards for their special day. Sarah and Lupe are a really cute couple. They love having fun and just being themselves. They are goofy, silly, romantic, and fun to photograph and film that’s for sure. I have known Sarah for a while so I was so happy to hear when she became engaged. She chose the beautiful Monterey Plaza Hotel and Spa for their venue. A very good choice with perfect weather and lighting! We had a great time documenting their day and here is the highlights to relive those special memories.

We were invited to shoot a really fun party for Santosh who turned 65 on July 3, 2010. Her children, friends, and people from far and wide came out to surprise her for the occasion. It was really great to see how excited she was. Some of these people she would have never believed would all get together, wearing Saris, and all! We hope you enjoy the video. Due to its length of 30 minutes I would advise you hit “play”, and then “pause”, and wait a few seconds to allow it to load a bit first.
